Contrast

therapy

Contrast therapy is the use of both extremes of High Heat and Deep Cold to boost the overall benefits of the two wellness practices. Typically, a person will start in the sauna for a 15-minute session and, after rinsing off, heads to the cold for a quick dip (1-2 minutes) before the process starts over. 1-3 rounds is more than enough to give you all the physical benefits.

Whether you decide to rotate between the hot and cold or just stick with one on this visit, there are many benefits! The bonus? When you bring them together in one session, their benefits are even stronger than when practiced alone.
