This is really up to you and how you want to spend your day. We have Two, Day-pass options that cover the most generally utilitzed time frames that people choose.
With the 90 minute pass, you have time for a couple of rounds of contrast therapy, time to relax in our lounges and head out to take on the rest of your day feeling relaxed and energized.
With the all day pass, you can come in the morning to take advantage of what we have to offer then head out to a nice lunch before coming back in the evening for a more social experience with an Aufguss ritual or add a Class to your Pass for a discounted rate.

Aufguss is a German word roughly translated as “infusion”. An Aufguss ritual in the sauna will utilize the senses of the guests with the 4 elements (earth, fire, air, water) that exist in the sauna heater to create a ritual journey. Each Aufguss session lasts 12-15 minutes and is guided by a trained Aufgussmeister (Aufguss Master).

Our group space provides a community experience. Most people visit in pairs or small groups. While plenty of guests visit solo, it’s totally up to you how you would like to engage with the space and other guests–just do so respectfully and with positive intentions.
If you are looking for a more private experience, head over to our Private Experiences page to find one that is right for you.

All of our classes are held after/before Open Hours in our Group area (usually starting in the Group sauna). They last around 75 minutes and each Sauna Master will have their own flavor they bring to the Class experience.
The best way to figure out which class is right for you, is to read the description on the listing, grab a friend (or come solo!) and show up ready to enjoy the journey. Regardless, there is a class for any mood or intention you care to bring.

We do have a limited capacity at any given time and reservations are highly recommended. That being said, you can always show up when the timing works for you and we will do our best to get you in.
There are a few things that require pre-registration such as: classes, private sauna use and private rituals.
